GLOBAL (Greater Long Beach Arts Lab) is a citywide celebration of National Arts and Humanities Month in Long Beach every October.  

We had an amazing initial year promoting over 300 events throughout October 2009 and earning great press coverage for Long Beach's arts and culture!  Thank you to all our supporters, event organizers and sponsors for helping raise awareness for local arts.  GLOBAL 2010 is already in planning stages and we welcome your ideas and feedback - visit our Participate page.

You're invited to the Arts Council for Long Beach's State of the Arts event and Distinguished Arts Awards on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the historic Art Theatre.  Seating is limited, reservations encouraged.  Admission is free.  Click here to RSVP online.
